"A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to have a private yoga class in Brenda’s new studio in Seabright. The first thing that is awe inspiring is the breathtaking view of St. Margaret’s bay and beyond to the ocean. Brenda greeted me at the door to her brand studio which is immediately warm and inviting. Soft music and Brenda’s smile immediately make you feel at home. There is something special about being a sole student with a teacher like Brenda. My reason for wanting a one on one private class was twofold. Being relatively new to yoga, I wanted to try to perfect some of the core moves. Secondly, I have had some issues with my lower back and Achilles tendinitis with an ankle. All I can say is that I sat in that beautiful space with the incredible view and was thankful for the opportunity to have had the chance to be there. I will go back and encourage you to go too.
