"I moved from out of town a few years ago and have been looking for a yoga instructor locally that offers a class suited
to what I am looking for. There are many wonderful local instructors, but Brenda’s class offers me exactly what I want and
need in a class. She begins with a grounding meditation (where all of my ‘to-do’s’ from my day melt away!); she then
transitions into a stress reducing, centering practice. Her classes allow you to work at your own pace, whatever your
experience with yoga, while getting the level of work out you want or need. Her practice ends with another lovely meditation
that lets me transition from the mat to take the benefits of yoga with me back into my day-to-day. Her classes make me
